• Skill Seller Member
–Annual Registration by Employers who wish to submit skilled employees
available for temporary employment within and through the StaffShare
terms and services. £500.00 plus VAT
• Skill Buyer Member
– Annual Registration by Employers looking to source and
engage employees available through shared employment within and through
the StaffShare terms and services. £250.00 plus VAT*
• Corporate Member –
Annual Registered Members utilise both Skill and Share Membership rights by up to five associates.
£2,000.00 plus VAT
* Skill Buyer Membership only - £100.00 p.a. for Reg. Charities, Not for Profit orgs. and SMEs (under 50 employees and last annual Turnover less than £5M)

Membership in StaffShare is wholly aimed at
Employers (not employees) and only those authorised to submit or engage
staff members can apply. Naturally the benefits of each individual Membership,
once accepted, is for the exclusive benefit of the Registered individual
and indirectly his or her organisation. Web site access and communications
are provided to that Member as an authorised representative of that organisation.
StaffShare services can be utilised by others
within the Registered organisation BUT only with the Member’s prior authority
and under the continued responsibilities and obligations accepted by the
Registered Member.

This service aims to provide a 24 X 7 point of contact
to literally share skills and split the cost of those skilled employees
between present Employers (Skill Seller Members - wanting
to reduce costs by releasing contracted staff) and new Employers (Skill Buyer Members -
looking to add skills to their organisations at significantly lower cost
than open market prices).
StaffShare uses a detailed but simple annual
Registration process to identify, co-ordinate, license and then manage
all signed-up Members on both selling and buying sides of the skill exchange
- delivering what is a highly unique, low cost, personal skill-exchange
internet service.
Registration and CV download charges are specifically designed to reduce
barriers and increase access to employees for skill-sharing- creating
new jobs, protecting long term employee investment, reducing costs of
employment and avoiding redundancy and very damaging lay off.
To place or upload any employee details / CV onto this site you have
to register as a Skill Seller Member on behalf of your
organisation.
Alternatively, to access full and detailed information on any previously
searched candidate 'Profile' you must first become a Registered Skill Buyer Member.
A Corporate Member can utilise both services across five associates.
The registration process is thorough, fast and easy, but entails
payment of an immediate annual membership fee (most company debit or bank
credit cards accepted or contact us for a BACS transfer) and you will be
asked to agree Membership Terms and Conditions on behalf of your Limited
Company, plc or other separately identified organisation.
NB To apply Data Protection and other legislation criteria No Membership
applications are accepted without full and accurate details on you and
your organisation.
