Employers seeking to cut costs within their organisation need to look carefully at the added costs involved in redundancy and re-hiring replacements.

StaffShare allows employers like you to use secondment to cut down employee costs during a period of engagement to other organisations (e.g. 3-12 months). With agreement by both employers, the salary and benefits package is shared!

As an example: you have a fully trained, 38 year old highly experienced and qualified Production Manager (awaiting redeployment but presently under employed ) costing £52,500 a year under a full contract of engagement:

However through StaffShare, a 12 months secondment period with fees agreed at say 50% you get a payment for the employee reducing your costs by half.

i.e. 12 months fees at £2,187.50 pm = £26,250 pa towards the cost of retaining that employee.
