You're an Employee and want to know about Secondment?

Careers need development

StaffShare offers employees a chance to add useful experience or revitalise a flagging career through re-location to another, usually local organisation – simply under a joint employer secondment agreement. Secondment is good for any career and adds value and experience to your CV.
Secondment does not end, break or change your Contractual employee benefits, salary or Terms of Employment Contract with your present employer!

No salary or benefits lost

In any StaffShare Secondment period (e.g. 3, 6-12 or more months) you or the 'secondee' is retained under your original terms of employment contract, but now work entirely with the new employer for the period you agreed to.
Your present employer continues to pay your salary package throughout the secondment, and you can return to your old role at the end of the agreed period.
